Vegetarian
An Italian dessert classic whose name literally means ‘pick-me-up’. It’s combo of rich espresso and cocoa flavors do just that!  Chef Fabio layers espresso, cocoa textures in  ladyfingers (savoiardi)  and a smooth mixture of whipped eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese and a blend of Italian liqueurs. One word, stunning!

Literally, this winner’s name is ‘little chocolate cake’. Chef Fabio’s version, dark chocolate, sweet crunchy and crumbly on the outside, with a soft heart and fudge inside. Enough said, you gotta’ try this!
