Chef Fabio at Home was founded by Chef Fabio Flagiello. His life's work has been inspired by one constant theme, 'bringing people together through the warmth and joy of fabulous food'.
Fabio grew up in the hills of Trieste in northeast Italy and began cooking with his family at an early age. A lucky break at 16 years old landed him his first job, as garde manger, for the chef at Venice's Hotel Danieli.
That first experience set Fabio on a global chef's track that led him to Paris, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Boulder Colorado for culinary school, executive chef roles, successful new restaurants, a Michelin Guide award and a consulting gig on the set of restaurant movie Big Night.
Fabio's other love is cycling which he's integrated into his lifestyle in Boulder Colorado and through culinary / biking tours that he sponsors and leads in Italy's Tuscany and Veneto regions.
Today Chef Fabio shares his joy of handmade, slow food with you in the comfort, convenience and safety of your home through Chef Fabio at Home.
